1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jstar888 ("Platform", "We"). 3 Registration & Account Security

When registering a jstar888 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure without notice.

3.1 Registration Information

• Full name as stated on your identity card or passport.
• A valid and accurate date of birth.
• An active email address that you own.
• Mobile phone number registered in your name.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. jstar888 recommends using a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with anyone, including jstar888 staff.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jstar888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Bank statement or proof of address issued within the last 3 months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to comply with KYC requests within the specified period may result in withdrawals being suspended until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Jstar888 accepts a variety of deposit methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment methods listed on the Deposit page. All deposits are processed in real time or within the timeframe specified for each payment method.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page.
• Jstar888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for major payment methods once all conditions are met. Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the original deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

• All bonus credits must be wagered at the specified rate before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

• Wagering using a deposit balance without a bonus does not count towards meeting bonus rollover requirements.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of personal preference.

10 Account Closure

10.2 Closure by jstar888

Jstar888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event that:

• The user violates any terms in this document.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been identified.
• The user fails to pass the KYC review within the specified period.

10.3 Self-Exclusion
